Battery Show Euope
At the Battery Show in Stuttgart, one of our key highlights will be our newly developed fin adjuster for thermal management applications. It enables a continuous, fully automated process with exceptional product quality – without the need for operator-dependent adjustments. This ensures consistent precision when punching cooling fins for power coolers, even at high production rates.
We also showcase our tried-and-tested systems for manufacturing contact elements and heat exchanger fins. Today, these solutions are being used more extensively than ever before, ensuring stable, repeatable and efficient large-scale production.
Our colleagues from Weil Technology will be presenting their innovative manufacturing solution for the economical welding of cooling plates. It is characterised by high process speed, reliability and low costs. You can also find out more about the WT manufacturing process for laser welding stainless steel and aluminium cell housings. The proven WT solutions for laser welding battery cell contacts, as well as for laser cutting and welding bipolar plates, will also be on display at the Battery Show.

Stanztec
At Stanztec, the Schaal Technology team will be showcasing our versatile systems for forming and stamping all materials, from paper to spring steel: high-precision, high-speed, with a pressing force of up to 100 tonnes.
A highlight is the newly developed fin adjuster for applications in the field of thermal management. It enables a continuous, fully automated process with consistent precision, even at high production rates.
Our partner Giasini will also be at the booth with casting moulds, stamping tools and special tools for the precise manufacture of complex technical parts of small and medium sizes.
